What Otter.ai is
Otter transcribes meetings live across Zoom, Google Meet and Teams, recognises speakers, summarises afterwards and makes the whole archive searchable, with collaborative editing on the notes. Uploaded audio and video files are transcribed too. The paid individual tier allows six thousand transcription minutes a month and caps a single conversation at four hours — generous limits, but limits, unlike the tools that meter meetings instead.
