What to write about
A correction. Pricing that has changed, a feature we described wrong, a tool that no longer exists. Corrections are published and the check date on the page is updated. Include the URL of the page and, if you can, a link to the source that proves it.
Listing your tool. See submit for what the options are, then email the tool name, URL, pricing page and which plan you want.
Upgrading an existing listing. If your tool is already published on the free tier, do not submit it again — send the profile URL and say what you want changed.
Removal. Ask and we will remove the profile. Removal of a paid listing does not entitle you to a refund once it has been published — see the refund policy.
Anything about money. Refunds, invoices and payment problems are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can reach them through the link on your receipt, or write to us and we will pass it on.
Press, partnerships, or a question this page does not cover. Same address.
Response time
Two business days. If you have not heard back in a week, the email went astray — send it again.
Who you are writing to
Toolvern is operated by Stepan Noianov as an individual. There is no support team and no ticket queue. That means replies are slower than a company’s, and also that the person who answers is the person who can actually change the page.
