Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 August 2026
Toolvern (toolvern.com) is operated by Stepan Noianov (“we”, “us”, “Toolvern”). By using this website or purchasing any service described here, you agree to these terms.
Questions: support@toolvern.com
1. What Toolvern is
Toolvern is an editorial directory of AI tools for marketing and sales teams. We publish tool profiles, category listings, comparisons and reviews.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any tool listed on this site unless explicitly stated on the page in question.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to payment and handles returns.
This means the payment contract for any purchase is between you and Paddle, and Paddle’s own terms apply to the transaction. The service itself is delivered by us.
3. Services we sell
| Service | What you get |
|---|---|
| Listing | A permanent profile page for your tool, published within 24 hours, including a followed outbound link to your website. |
| Review | A separately published editorial review article about your tool, including a followed link. |
| Badge / Embed | A free followed link, conditional on displaying our badge or embed widget on your website (see §5). |
Prices are shown on the submit page and may change. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.
A listing includes a followed (non-nofollow) outbound link because that is how a
directory profile normally links to the product it describes. We make no
representation or guarantee about search-engine rankings, traffic, domain authority,
or any other SEO outcome. Search engines are third parties whose behaviour we do
not control.
4. Editorial independence
Payment buys placement and publication speed. It does not buy a favourable opinion, a rating, or a ranking position within our editorial lists.
We reserve the right to describe any tool accurately, including its limitations, regardless of whether the listing was paid for. Our rating methodology is published at /methodology/ and how we earn money at /how-we-make-money/.
5. Badge and embed program
If you take the free followed link in exchange for displaying our badge or embed widget:
- The badge or embed must remain publicly visible and crawlable on your website.
- We check automatically, approximately once per week, across your homepage and a small number of internal pages.
- If we cannot find it for three consecutive checks, the outbound link on your
profile reverts to
nofollowand we notify you by email. - If we cannot find it for five consecutive checks, the listing may be removed.
You can restore the badge at any time; the link is restored at the next successful check.
6. Submissions and content you provide
By submitting a tool, a review, a rating or any other content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to publish, edit, translate and display that content on Toolvern.
We may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy, length and house style.
7. What we will not publish
We decline or remove listings that are, in our sole judgement: non-functional or abandoned; deceptive about what the product does; adult, hateful or illegal content; malware or phishing; or duplicates of an existing listing.
If a paid listing is declined before publication, it is refunded in full — see the Refund Policy.
8. Removal and changes
You may request removal of your tool’s profile at any time by writing to support@toolvern.com. Removal of a paid listing does not entitle you to a refund once the listing has been published.
We may change, restructure or remove any page, category or feature of the site.
9. Accuracy
We work from public sources and verify pricing at the time shown on each page. Products change. Figures quoted from a vendor’s own marketing are labelled as such and are not independently verified by us.
If you find something inaccurate, tell us — every page has a correction link, or write to support@toolvern.com.
10. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from decisions made on the basis of information published here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes affecting paid services will be announced on /changelog/.
12. Operator status and disputes
Toolvern is operated by Stepan Noianov as an individual, not as a registered company. Payment transactions are governed by the terms of Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
If you have a problem with anything we published or sold, write to support@toolvern.com first. We aim to resolve complaints directly and quickly.
(This section will be updated when the operating entity changes.)
