What Qwilr is
Qwilr turns sales proposals into interactive web pages with embedded quotes, e-signature and payment collection, and reports back on which sections the buyer actually read. Pricing is per user, and the seat minimums matter more than the headline figure: the middle plan requires five seats and the top one ten, so the real monthly floor is several times the per-user price. Only the entry plan is offered on monthly billing.
