What PandaDoc is
PandaDoc builds proposals, quotes and contracts from templates, routes them for approval, collects e-signatures and reports on which sections the recipient actually read, with invoicing and payment attached to the same document. It is compliance-oriented — SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR are named on the front page. Pricing is per seat with a free tier for signing, so the cost follows how many people send documents.
