What Brevo is
Brevo runs email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and transactional messaging off one contact list, with a CRM, live chat, chatbot and even VoIP calling attached. Its free tier is genuinely free rather than a trial, and the paid ladder starts lower than almost anything comparable — the jump comes at the professional tier, which is where the price stops being small. SMS credits are bought separately from the plan.
