What beehiiv is
beehiiv publishes a newsletter and the website around it, then attaches the ways of earning from it: paid subscriptions, digital products, a referral programme, cross-recommendations with other newsletters, and an ad network. Prices climb with subscriber count rather than with features, so the bill grows as the list does. There is no native SMS — that only works through the API or webhooks into another service.
